Executive Coaching

The client is innately capable, creative, and resourceful.

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

  • You are the driver.
  • You provide an agenda/goal for each session.
  • You define a clear focus.

Most of the work happens between sessions not in sessions. The coach will weave in your defined goals over sessions
